Scheduled Publishing

Schedule your creatives to publish to TikTok at a specific date and time.

Scheduling a post​

  1. Open a completed job in the Jobs list
  2. Instead of publishing immediately, tap Schedule
  3. Pick your target date and time
  4. Confirm

The post will be automatically published at the scheduled time via a background cron job that runs every 5 minutes.

Managing scheduled posts​

View and manage your scheduled posts from the job detail page. You can:

  • See the scheduled publish time
  • Cancel a scheduled post before it goes live

Tips​

  • Post at peak times — schedule for when your audience is most active
  • Batch content — generate several creatives, then schedule them across the week
  • Time zones — times are shown in your local time zone
